Every file is encrypted client-side with AES-256-GCM using keys drawn from AKRUM's cellular-automata entropy engine, and can be shared through zero-knowledge links, meaning AKRUM never sees the contents. We're moving encryption to post-quantum standards (hybrid ML-KEM-768 + X25519 for AKRUM-to-AKRUM sharing) with cryptographic agility, so algorithms can be upgraded as standards evolve without re-architecting.
